Connected but still can't access the internet.

My internet is fine, I'm able to use it on other devices and on my laptop around the house. However on my pc, I can't connect at all even though I am connected to that network. When I try to use Google Chrome it gives me the error "DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN". Please help me fix this problem. Also it seems like Skype is the only program able to connect. Every other program such as Chrome and Steam are unable to connect.

Still can't seem to fix it. It's not just Chrome, it's every program but Skype that are able to connect. I also tried ipconfig release/flushdns/renew, and that didn't work either.

Doing a full system scan right now, lets hope it fixes it.
