The best card I can recommend is the r7 250x. I would expect a bottleneck since 750ti is better. Make sure you power supply can deliver 450w, have x16 motherboard socket, and enough space in your case to house it if you decide to buy it.

Your plan is good.
The GTX750ti is a very power efficient card in your budget range.
Even if your graphics card was stronger than needed, it enables you to run at higher resolutions or with more eye candy.

All things considered, I agree with geofelt that you have already selected a good card. Use the 450w PSU, and upgrade the ram if impossible. Get a better cooler perhaps?

Bonne chance!

I am asking you to upgrade the PSU because what you have right now is the bare minimum, a 450W PSU (I prefer Corsair personally) will stabilise your rig and provide room for future upgrades.

Hi again,

If you do opt for a PSU upgrade, I would recommend you to go for Radeon R7 265 2GB (150$ ish). If not then NVidia 750 Ti is your best bet for its energy efficiency.
