2 Days ago I bought a CyberPowerPC from Newegg for a good price. It came earlier today and when I hooked it up, it wouldn't turn on. It didn't even show a sign of it turning on. I had the power cable going from the pc to a surge protector which went to an outlet on the wall. Then I had the monitor to the pc via a VGA cable. Did I do something wrong? Can someone please help me.
