Hello everyone, I've just bought an HP compaq DC7900 with the following specs :
Intel core2 duo E7400 2.80GHz
4 GO of RAM ( DDR2, 800MHz, 2 sticks of 2GO, 16go max, 4 sockets )
a Geforce 210 silent ( very weak )
Windows 7 64bits
365w Power Supply Unit
My question is : would an AMD Radeon HD 7750 work properly on this machine with its 365w psu ?
And if does work, would it still do if i upgrade my CPU to a Core 2 quad ?
If it not, please suggest a good Graphics card that can do good with games ( such as Neverwinter, TERA, RIFT, The Witcher) not necessarily new games and not necessarily on high quality.
PS : I do not know if the PSU is replaceable.
Thank you for your answers

I would recommend getting the GTX750 low profile over the HD7750, I wish I had purchased the 750 but I ended up going for the HD7770 and now I regret it.

Also, your PSU will handle it fine, either the 750 or the 7750 will handle it okay.

I would still save up a bit of money and go for a more stable PSU first.

Thank you for your answer, to be honnest, i don't really have the money to replace both, so if upgrading to this graphics card will cause problems, i just won't do it, or look for another one.
and as i said i'm not sure the psu is replaceable.

if you don't want to replace the PSU then go with the 750 low profile, its more power effecient and provides a lot more better performance.. the money difference is well worth it

yes, gpu manufacturers exaggerate minimum PSU requirements so that theres no margin of error on their side.

you'll be fine
