Do I need the 780 ti or just a 770 4gb?

I am doing a lot of re configuring with my setup for price and such and am wondering weather or not I really need a 780 ti or 780. I am currently looking at the EVGA ACX cooled GTX 770 4GB video card and want to know if this will be good enough on 3 27'' monitors at 1080p. Please help!

For 3 monitor gaming you'd be better off with a 780 Ti or a 290x.

I would get a R9 280/280x/290/290x, they are cheaper and perform better. They also support triple monitors. If you really want to go with nVidia, if you don't game, i would get just the 780 and save $$$.

770 can't handle 3 1080p displays even if it has 32gb of memory.

Like bignastyid said - Either get a 290x with 4gb or a 780ti with 6gb (3 is pushing it and won't be enough in all games)

At 5760x1080, you're going to want a very high-end card to game effectively at the top end. 780ti's probably your best option here.

On 3 monitors the 780 ti will kneel,sli is needed.

Can I just runa 770 4 Gb SLI? And doesn't the R9 get extreme hot? That is why I leaned more toward an SLI configuration with two 770 4Gb. I forgot to mention the the 770 would be in an SLI config... 2 770 4 Gb's are about $100 more than one 780 ti.

Crysis destroys even the titan on a single 1080p monitors i meant games like fc3 bf3/4 the witcher games like those.

No bf 4 will run even on a single 770 at 60 fps 1080p i was sayin that even titan kneel before crysis i saw a video of a sli 770 bf4 ultra 1080p didn't drop below 120fps so you're good.

I run 2 4Gb 770's and they destroy anything I through at them(with the exception of that buggy game called Watchdogs). But I'm only running 1080p @144Hz. Im sure they would run 5760x1080 but not on ultra.
