3 USB 3.0 Header pins broken.

The fans work. My computer starts, but nothing on screen and mouse won't work etc.

I am guessing the header is the problem because it fails to connect some things.

How should I fix this?

I dont think the computer really started. Like my power button and reset button doesn't work after I turn it on.

hopefully its just the header but I don't know.

What happened before:

Day 1 -

Blank Screen and non Functioning USB ports ( but fans running/computer starts)

So I replugged everything/including CMOS and CPU. Everything running again after replugging a bunch of times.

Day 2 -

Same thing happened, I replugged some stuff ( not CPU) and it starts again.

Day 3 -

Starts then shut off. Have to replug things a few times before it starts properly again. Then it says broken BIOS and using backup BIOS to restore it. Before complete restoration.. Shuts off again, I replug the 2x4 power plug and the graphics card 2 x 3 plugs, Computer starts normally.
Computer restarts after using it for a while. Happened 3 times in the last 40 minutes
