Probably not... The video card lenght is 40 centimeters (Product Dimensions 40 x 25 x 6 cm),

While the case Specifications say: "Maximum Video Card Length 290mm" = (290mm/10= 29 centimeters) http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/part/zalman-case-z11plus

Amazon is apparently listing the box size. Sapphire's own listed specs for that exact card are 264x103x45mm.

Dimensions (WxLxH): 103.0 x 264.0 mm x 35.0 mm < Card Length
Z11 Plus allowance case allowance is 290mm.

BUY IT.

The length of the card and the number of slots it takes up are the two considerations. Some cards are also taller than the slot, this may be an issue for small cases.

Note that the container dimensions are not relevant.

Would easily be the longest GPU I ever saw by far if it really was 400mm. The 7990 is a monster and only like 300mm.

The longest graphics cards (7990) are about 13 inches or 330 mm (that I know of anyway).

My case has a very long allowance for graphics cards. It will handle cards up to 400 mm. Hopefully, they will not get much longer than that. ;)

Those 400mm seemed odd but who am I to second guess Amazon. Guess that's what got the thread started in the first place.
