Which build? Pentium G3258 vs Core i3-4150

Hello,
I'm building a new PC, and I can't really decide on which one of these builds to go for:
Pentium G3258 Build
OR
Core i3-4150 build
So, in your opinion, which build is better and which modifications can be made to them?
BTW my budget is about 420$, I can go a bit over if the parts you chose are really OP:)
Also, I would really NOT like to have an AMD build because of their 32 nm manufacturing tech.

Thanks in advance!

I say pentium...

Lots of people say that Crucial sticks are weaker than G.SKILL RJ X...

OK, yeah:)...
Do I really need a CPU cooler, though? I (probably) won't OC the CPU (unless I find a way to change the FSB).
Also, Does a R9 card cost more than the R7?

No the stock cooler is more than adequate for the build R9 Series include the 270(x) 280(x) 290(x) and the 295x2 which technically is two graphics cards in one,

R9 will most definitely cost more than the R7 series graphics but will of course increase performance.

No point in a g3258 build if you aren't gonna OC :D

Sorry, I confused the G3258 with the 4150, saying that I won't OC:)

I am sorry I thought that I had replied to your question earlier. As far as the r7-260 goes it is a good card for the price and through AMD promotions you get two free game right now. I'm not sure when the promotion ends.
As for cooling Just use the stock cooler and wait to overclock when you have the money to buy a hyper 212evo $34 Neweeg.

I COULD wait a few months, then, buy the same 4 GB stick I will have in my system along with the Xigmatek Dark Knight II in a combo, with the savings, the DK II will cost the same as the Hyper 212 EVO.
