Hey guys i have the h80i in its push and pull config recommened by corsair, but i have a 300r windowed case and it fits in and everything but its just to tight in there. So i was wondering i've seen in youtube and google that people just out one fan with the radiator so what config is that?

You can have it eitehr way, if you think your case has good airflow inside it, you can get the fan to draw air from inside the case, or if the air flow is bad in your case, you can use the fan to draw air in

this is how your config should be. exhaust at top/rear intake at front/bottom or sometimes just the bottom. push and pull config(you have) is best and can lower temps 5-10c. Taking a fan thats taking air in it becomes a push config(still good) and vice versa becomes a pull config.

I don't know how wiht the h80i but you can just put it one way, put your hand over it and feel whether air is being sucked in or pushed out, then you can adjust it to your needs

the fans have a arrow which show which way air is put out. so a the should be

basically, I'm guessing here, but, one side of the fan will pull air, and other push air out right? so you just have the get the correct side of the fan to pull or push the air, whichever config. you want and screw the side you want back in

welcome. yeah basically so pull air from your case/outside then push that hot air out.
