GTX 770 2GB MSI TF Temperatures

Ok lately when I started to turn off vsync in some older games from 2-3 years ago I realized that my GPU is utiliazing 99% of gpu with only around 500-1000mb vram, my fan is working at 48% in those cases and I have temperature from 78-85c.

Should I be worried about that ? In games like DayZ game is using 2000mb vram but only 40% of gpu and I have like 40c so I guess that means that some games are not optimized very well ?

I have intake on side case and seems like that I'm lowering couple degrees aswel with that.

Also when I'm cleaning my GPU is there like exact place which I need to clear ? I'm clearing my PC with air compressor and usually I clean whatever I find dusty and most of the time I'm going in small holes but I dont know where exactly should I look to clean my GPU primarly ?

Thanks.

Solution
If you mean locked 80% fan speed, you can reduce the lifespan of the fans but it should be fine. You most likely have upgraded before you experience that problem and you probably won't leave it running 24/7.

How can I achieve that ? I have solid Thermaltake V3 case. I have intake on side, intake front for HDD, and top and back one for blowing air out. I dont really see how can I do anything, yeah room temperature is around 27/28c :( Still its only at 95%+ of usage.

Ok I just changed that on 70c fan should work at 80% and now temperature is literally locked at 72/73c which is fine. I also made "homamde filter" so its fine. Is there a risk of using 80% GPU fan ? It's not laud at all.

Its 80% only when reach 70c so thats happens really rarely. Usually FPS games where I turn off Vsync but thats like 2-3 hours per day only. Is it worth to go for 780 3GB now ? I wanted to buy some tablet/mobiles and then upgrade GPU after New Year.

Thing is I will have around 250-300$ budget so I will need to sell my current gtx770 and give extra money. I believe that prices will drop on both 770 and 780 after 8xx come out ?

Prices drop with Nvidia doesn't happen often. I wouldn't expect a huge drop when GTX800 series comes out.
For 1080p GTX 770 should be fine for most people. Are you not happy with the performance of your gpu? You could probably just keep the GTX 770 and spend your money on your other needs.
