Please if you have some time pick me a network adapter

Solution
Practically any adapter listed in the Newegg.com selections should run perfectly in your motherboard and router. The IEEE 802.11ac-2013 protocol as explained by bill001g is an amendment to IEEE 802.11 and published in December 2013, so it's relatively recent but being an amendment it should be compatible with previous 802.11 protocols... that's in case you buy an adapter with 802.11ac, but most all the Wi-Fi adapters listed in the newegg website are IEEE 802.11b/g/n which are standards from 1999 to 2009, so no issues should be expected.

Some PCIe x1 or USB Wireless Adapters. Selected price range from $9.99 US to $18.99...
It is still not that easy :)

You can use internal pci/pcie cards or usb. It depends what kind you prefer and what type of slots your pc has. Then it depends what features your router has. Does not pay to get a nic that supports something like 802.11ac when your router does not. It also to a point depends on your internet and what you do with your network. If all you do is surf and you have a very small internet connection you do not need a really fast card.

This is why there is such a huge selection of devices on the market and why it tends to be hard to answer questions like yours.

Pretty much pick your price point and see what is sold in that range. There are not a lot of difference between brands mostly it is a support issue. The companies that provide really good support such as ASUS charge more than companies like rosewill. The devices themselves that have similar features are not all that different. Generally people that want mid priced stuff use TPLINK.

BTW: The link you posted leads to a Albanian? website and I wouldn't know which is expensive and which is not. The currency converters I accessed do not deffine a correct exchange but you should know which to buy comparing the brand and model to those at neweg.com
