Lets start off with the type of pc i have to maybe help speed this process up:
Lenovo 7747 K330B manufactured in 2011
(Edit) Motherboard: CIH61M
CPU: Intel Pentenium G620 dual core 2.6ghz 3MB cache
HDD: 1 TB
Ram: DDR3 6GB
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 55o Ti

Now on to the problem. I am having an issue playing some games lately. My pc does all the everyday stuff just fine (Reddit, schoolwork, and a little gaming). The pc has help up relatively ok for most of the games up until very recently. I dont get to put too many games on the ultra setting due to my cpu but i am ok with just average or above average. Lately though, it cant even do that with the latest games.

So i knew i would have to get a new processor which i have. It is a Intel core I3 3250. I have at least a grasp of what to do with the inside of a pc ( I have installed a new graphics card and a better power supply and have had no issue with it). I put in the new processor only yo be greeted with 4 beeps and a monitor that would show video, it only stayed in power saving mode. I have tried unplugging everything inside and out of it and put it all back together but to no avail. Now i am pretty stumped as to what i should do now.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The problem here is that, although the new CPU and your mobo are physically compatible, you're not going to be able to go from a Sandy Bridge chip to an Ivy Bridge chip without a BIOS update. Unfortunately Lenovo hasn't published an appropriate BIOS update, at least not that I could find. There appears to be at least one update newer than your current, DPKT21A, but that one won't bridge the gap either. This is not uncommon with OEM boards.

So it looks like your choices are to go back to your original chip (and return the new chip if it's possible), upgrade your motherboard to an aftermarket board that will support the new Ivy Bridge chip, or find an upgraded chip compatible with that board AND bios. The chips linked below should...

The manufacturer is lenovo but CPU-Z says the model is "to be filled be O.E.M." The rest says:
Chipset: Intel: Sandy Bridge
Southbridge: Intel: H61
LPCIO: ITE: IT8728

BIOS lenovo
Version DPKT15A
