I have 4x4 16b dominator platinum 2133mhz in my x79 asrock xtreme 9 mobo. My 4960x cpu is oced to only 4.2ghz. I noticed some wack fps issues recently, and a blue screen occured today with white writing saying something along the lines of check new hardware along with like 2 paragraphs. It restarted my comp. And i played some games and it seemsed to have fxed the problem oddly enough. U think my ram setup is stressing my cpu to make it shutdown? My temps are 65c on bf4.

Your temps are normal, and I doubt that the CPU would be stressed by the RAM, more ram is almost always better.
Something could be defective in your RAM, you could run a program to test it (I don't know of any sorry).
Otherwise you could make sure your GPU isn't overheating, if the temperature you listed isn't your GPU.
Hope this helps :)

if you run all 4 of those RAM sticks at 2133mhz then yea it does stress your cpu. your cpu can only handle max of 1866mhz. You should underclock the RAMs to that frequency to keep stability.
