That graphics card could easily run WoW on max settings no sweat, but that power supply might be a little overkill, unless you're thinking of upgrading to a GTX titan, for now I would just get a 500-600 watt power supply if you want to upgrade to a r9 280 (Awesome gpu) and for the mouse I would get the Razer Naga hex http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16826153087&cm_re=razer_naga_hex-_-26-153-087-_-Product or a Corsair M95 http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16826816012&cm_re=corsair_m95-_-26-816-012-_-Product
