Sounds like you've got a couple of sticks that don't match compatible for dual channel. Memory kits sold together are supposed to be compatible to work together, but 1 in every few thousand are not.

Also, one of the RAM modules could be defective. You'll need to install 1 module at a time, and run Memtest86 to test each one individually to find out if just one of them is bad.

What mobo and CPU (also what CPU cooler) ? Could be a few things. Could check cooler - loosen a bit and then snug down, if too tight on a corner or side it can throw off the MC (memory controller), might have bent pins in socket (Intel) or bent/broken pins on CPU (AMD). Could be a bad channel or slots in the mobo

My sticks are two kingston HyperX Beast (2x4GB) 1600mhz, I've tried to put the sticks on the other two slots, and the computer doesn't start. for example. I now have both in the Black-Yellow slots (for example: |=slot: |||| Im using it on the ||<-||, ). If i put the sticks on the Black-Black, the computer doesn't turn on, If a put them on the Yellow-Yellow, the computer turns on but it gives me a black screen, If i put them in the Black-Yellow
( ||->||) It doesn't turn on. I have a ASUS B85M-E cooler: cooler master hyper 103, they are both fitted well, It haven't bent pins in the socket.

Try using one at a time. If one won't allow the computer to start, try the other one by itself. Try each one individually in all four slots in order to determine if you have a bad stick or a bad slot on the motherboard.

Then report back.
