Low FPS in ARMA 3?

I have an FX-4130 (stock clock) and a GTX 760, I've used Game debate and Systemrequirementslab and they both say I should be able to run this very smoothly. but, i can barely get 20+ FPS in Single Player on low once i get to Altis. On Stratis I was also barely getting 30 FPS on low-standard. Any suggestions?

That's what I figured, but is their anything that I can do to increase my performance? I'm getting a better CPU soon, but until then, what can I do?

1. OC that CPU, who cares you are going to get a new one anyways
2. Doesnt usually work, but install gamebooster. I don't usually recommend people this. I think it is worth a try.
