Today I finally got my RAM delivered and finished building my PC (specs below) and at first I got a constant beeping when turning everything on. After realizing that my RAM was not pushed all the way in, I pushed them in and now only hear one beep with everything (fan, LED's, etc.) turning on. However, the screen that the desktop is hooked up to continues to say "no video output" and I'm sure it's connected correctly. I've been searching for hours so am somewhat frustrated-can someone please help me figure this out?

In your monitor settings, did you set it to the correct input?

Yes the input is correct-they're both DVI. Flipped through all of the inputs to be sure but still nothing. Thank you for the help though

Video card may not be working. Make sure you seated it properly. Try connecting your monitor to your motherboard video output and go into the BIOS to check if your "PCI" is being used

Hi, Kova!

First of all, clr BIOS and leave it at default settings.

1) Does the HDD activity light indicate that it's booting even though the screen is dead? If so, it's either your video card, a loose DVI cable, or (unlikely) your monitor is bad. Make sure the 12v GPU pwr sockets have power going to them. Try the card in the other PCI-e slot.

2) Make sure the 6-pin aux 12v PCI-e bus pwr is not plugged in backwards (yes it can happen, I did it once).

3) That's a damn nice power supply you have!

4) I bet you shorted the memory or the memory bus when the stick was in wrong. That will kill a CPU (I know, I did that too, once). Pull all your memory but one stick (a different one than was seated wrong), put it in either slot of the other memory channel, and see if it boots.

5) Plug the cable into the other DVI port on the graphics card.

6) Test the memory, graphics card, and the CPU (separately) in a friend's computer. If you're as geeky as me and don't have any friends IRL, skip this step.

7) Since it's a new build, you may decide that the MB has failed. Before you return it RMA, run a 9V battery against the contacts beneath the northbridge chip. That will insure they won't test it, see it work because the problem is intermittent, and charge you for shipping it back. Yes that sounds sleazy, but it's not IFF you're sure the board is in fact defective.
