I just want to know if should I have to upgarde my processor to Intel Core i5 so that can I run a 2gb video card or I can run it without upgrading my processor to i5 ?
Its not determined by the Vram of the GPU however by the Architecture and the model of the GPU so in other words not because a card has 3 GB of Vram then its definitely better than a 1 GB of GDDR5 memory , it doesn't work like that so u have to be specific with the card
Do you think the SAPPHIRE HD 7870 GHz Edition 2GB GDDR5 will work with my processor Intel Pentium G3460 3.50ghz dual-core processor lga 1150 without bottlenecking each other ?

Pick the G3258 and overclock it then you won't see any bottlenecks
So what you're saying is it depends on the Processor ? So I should buy the compatible video card for it ? what if I buy Sapphire HD 7790 1gb DDR5 is it now would be compatible ? or not ?
