My flash drive doesn't work

Hi, well i'm building a PC and want to use windows 7 i have the iso so i tried to install it using my flash drive, i booted it using "cmd" and now my flash drive name is "Local Disk (F)" how can i fix it?
also if you could tell me how to boot it correctly for windows 7

You installed your OS on your Flash Drive? If so, it turned your Flash Drive into a Local Disk.

1. Reformat your Flash Drive
2. Download and install PowerISO
32-Bit
http://www.poweriso.net/PowerISO6.exe
64-Bit
http://www.poweriso.net/PowerISO6-x64.exe
Burn your ISO file in your Flash Drive
4. Reboot PC and open Bios
5. Make sure to put Removable Drives your first boot, 2nd is your CD/DVD and 3rd is HDD
6. Press F10 and press Enter
7. After POST, wait for the "Press any key to continue" thingy to install the driver.

but i solved it easier using rufus. I only hope it works, at least my flash drive name changed to "CD ROM" i guess it is a good signal
