Hi,
A few days ago I was having trouble with my computer not working at all. (It turned out I was an idiot and didn't plug in one of the motherboard connectors.) Now, the computer boots up fine. The fans are running, the motherboard lights up, etc. However, I still have 3 problems which prevent me from using the computer. One, there is no display when I turn it on. Two, I am getting continuous short beeps from the speaker (probably 20+ before it restarts). Three, the computer keeps rebooting every 10 seconds or so.
Unlike the last time I posted, everything seems to be connected. I even reseated my single test R9 290 and both RAM sticks for good measure. I cleared the CMOS and took out the battery for 1 minute in an attempt to force the motherboard to use onboard video. I think I should also mention that the continuous beeps were also occurring when I was testing the motherboard with only a CPU, heatsink, and case fan, which seems very odd. Also, when I looked up the UEFI beep codes on the Gigabyte forums, it said that continuous short beeps indicate a power error, so I'm wondering if that means that the power supply is faulty (which is highly unlikely).
Any help would be appreciated. x_x

CPU - Intel Core i7-4790K
CPU Cooler - Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO
Motherboard - Gigabyte GA-Z97X-Gaming G1 WIFI-BK
RAM - A-DATA Premier Pro Series 16GB
Storage (SSD) - Crucial M500 240GB
Storage (HDD) - Western Digital Caviar Blue 2TB
Optical Drive - LG GH24NSB0
GPU - 2x Gigabyte R9 290s
PSU - EVGA Supernova 1000 P2 1000W
Case - Corsair Air 540
Edit: I forgot to mention that I also tried both the DVI and VGA outlets for my video cable.
Edit 2: I also just tried taking out a VGA cable that I had left in the case for my 2nd R9 290.
Edit 3: I fixed the problem for now. I was able to enter BIOS setup by only using a CPU, heatsink, and 1 RAM stick.
