RAM is Random Access Memory. RAM is temporary storage meaning that when the computer is turned off that anything stored in RAM is lost.

Are you sure it is 1TB (terabyte) of RAM that you are looking for? Are you looking for a 1TB hard drive? 1TB of RAM would be extremely expensive and usually it is only server motherboards that would support that much RAM.
