I'm not getting a post with a new-build computer, looked at the troubleshoot, and I still haven't solved the problem.

Motherboard: Asus M5A78L-M LX PLUS Micro ATX AM3+ Motherboard
I'm using this RAM: http://www.ebay.com/itm/4GB-DDR3-1333MHz-PC3-10600-240-pin-DESKTOP-Memory-Non-ECC-1333-Low-Density-RAM-/251364659420?
T

Are they compatible?

The RAM should be compatible with the motherboard, although since it's no-name RAM, I'm not sure I'd trust the reliability of it. Are the fans spinning and is the computer receiving power when you boot it up? Also, could you list your full system specs so we know what you're dealing with here?

Case: Rosewill FBM-01
GPU: GeForce GTX 650
CPU: AMD FX 4-Core Black Edition FX-4300, FD4300WMHKBOX
PSU: FirePower ModXStream Pro 700W 80Plus Semi-Modular High Performance Power Supply 700MXSP
RAM: The No-Brand SCUM >:c
Motherboard: ASUS M5A78L-M LX PLUS AM3+ AMD 760G Micro ATX AMD Motherboard

Also, the fans are all running. The CPU fan is working, the GPU fan is working, and both other fans are as well. I receive a green LED light when I turn the power on inside of the Motherboard, and when I turn it on, the fans do their work.

I'm referring to not having any VIDEO OUTPUT AT ALL ( not posting).
No display on the monitor. "No signal" on multiple monitors, etc. I'm certain I have the the correct input settings (for the monitors). I've tried using both the GPU's cute little HDMI slot and the other slots available for normal monitors. I also moved on the motherboard video slots to see if THAT would work. No dice

I am a bit confused about the stupid POWER RESET HDD LED and +- LED though, but I fiddled with that for about an hour and I used the VERY terrible instruction booklet for it. On the booklet, the Front Panel power plugs were inverted... Really confusing.

EDIT: Currently messing with the RAM slots now. The video output doesn't seem to be showing on either slot. The CPU power connector is fine. I tried using the speaker, but I don't get any beeps. I keep switching monitors... I remember fiddling with the jumper closest to the USB connectors... It doesn't say what it does on the manual. I've used those little beige things where screws fit in to lift the motherboard up on the case. The HDD I'm using does have my old stuff on it, and there was VISTA on it, an copy of it BOUND onto the motherboard. I have a windows 7 copy ready though... I'm going to take that little battery out at see if that gives me anything.
EDIT 2: Nope. At a complete loss here :c
Edit 3: Completely rebuilt it and started over. Same problem. And the same damn problems with the damn POWER RESET etc Front panel buttons. Can anyone help me with these? The arrows... Are positive? The manual is inverted? Aghh

I'm trying something new today. Yesterday I took out all the extra stuff like HDD connectors, Audio connectors, even RAM. Just the basic rig down to its' essential, primitive base. I plugged in the speaker, it gives me one long beep and two short beeps. Ram or Video problem. I think this means I didn't short ANYTHING and that the PSU and Motherboard are fine.
I put my scummy no-brand RAM in there, it doesn't post. Okay. But there's no beep.
So, I'm going to plop some different RAM in there. Put in a pair of memory sticks instead of one, use different ones, etc.

Wish me luck!
