My USB was inserted in my laptop. It prompt that I inserted it but then when I open it said "Please insert disk into removable disk (H)". Please help. I cannot change the letter path since in disk management, the USB was not detected above. It is below but I cannot click it and it has no capacity indicated. I know it is not damage since I can rename it and the laptop detected it when I inserted it but then I cannot open it. I cannot even remove it safely since it said please insertthe disk. Any help from expert please? Thanks.
