I am looking for a system build that would be able to play CS:GO on max settings and maintain a 60+ FPS, and possibly maintain a high FPS while steaming/recording. I don't have a certain budget. I am looking for the lowest I can go while meeting the standards mentioned. It doesn't matter if it is an Intel or AMD base build in a micro ATX form factor. I'd prefer what ever has a better "bang for the buck". Thanks for the help.
