Need help with picking parts for a New Gaming PC Build

Hey i want some recommended parts for a new PC. I already have a GPU EVGA GEFORECE GTX 750 TI 2 GB

I wanted to keep the build under 500 USD
I already have a mouse keyboard monitor and headset
I dont have windows
Also i wanted to run the newer games at like Normal settings 60 FPS Could settle for less though

This build will allow you to play everything normal-high settings @60+ FPS. It doesn't include an optical drive though, (I used mine to install windows and never touched it again). But you could install windows to a USB stick, otherwise an optical drive can be found for >$15.
