PC Parts Compatibility

It'll all work together but you could do some 'fine tuning' -

You don't need a water cooler for an i5. A coolermaster hyper 212 evo would be fine.

You could get a more moderate motherboard per Tom's - http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/mainstream-gaming-z97-motherboard,3824.html - ASROck Z97 Extreme 4 or Asus Z97-A - $199

Get 2 x 4gb 1866 cl9 1.5V ram instead for about the same price.

Get a better quality power supply eg Seasonic M12II 620 or Antec HCG 620M

Your case isn't showing up or Windows.
