im fine with minimum settings but i want to play all nextgen games
max budget $400-$450

CPU= intel pentium g 3240
GPU= sapphire radeon r7 260x
MoBo= ?
Ram=Gskill Ripjaws X 4GB 2gbx2 DDR3 1600 CL9
SSD=no
HDD=cheapest 500gb?
ODD= recycle from scrap old pc dvdwr
HSF= i will not OC, of course . but do i need it?
PSU= trustworthy and branded
ATX= go with the cheapest, i dont mind if it looks terrible its just a case
OS= my brother will give me a gift win 7
Mon=already have aoc 18.5

any suggestion are welcome

Here's a build to consider. You could change the graphics card to the r9 260x if you want to. Either one would work just fine.

This build can overclock fairly well on the CPU which would help in running newer games. The gtx 750 or the r9 260x would do just fine in running games on low.

Just get a ps4 to play next gen games that will look like high settings on pc.

if so do i need a cooler?

ps4 is more expensive here in php
even its 2nd hand
plus i need to do some office stuff like excel and word doc
and also surfing and watching movie

and i just dont know can you make an score base in proc and graphics

that pc calnin built=1-10
ps4=1-10
ps3=1-10
xbox 360=1-10
xboxone=1-10

Yes, if you OC, it'll make your processor run faster. The pentium would be able to overclock a bit on the stock cooler. If you feel like you'll need a stronger cooler, pick up a CM Hyper 212 evo later on when you have a bit more money.

The processor is a low end processor, but overclocking it will make it better than I3s that are out at the moment I would imagine.
