Opinions on the computer I want to build?

I'm planning on building a computer in the next two weeks, and I just want a second opinion on the parts that I'm going to get. So far, my future computer looks like:

Case - Rosewill Challenger
CPU - Intel i5-4690k (plan on overclocking it)
GPU - Radeon R9 280X 3GB
          OR
          GeForce GTX 760 2GB
Mobo - MSI Z97-G55
RAM - G.Skill Ripjaw X 8 GB (2x4)
HDD - two older Western Digital's, both Scorpio Blue, one 320 GB one 600 GB
PSU - Antec NeoEco 620W (would need to upgrade if I go with the 280X)
Heatsink - CoolerMaster Hyper 212 EVO

I also have two extra fans for the case, although I don't know if the board has enough power slots for it (couldn't find a number on the board or online).
What do you guys think? Opinions on the GPU choice? And is it worth it to spring for an SSD just yet, or should I wait until they drop because of the whole new 3D thing?

Then I'll go for the 280X, it's only $20 more. As for the PSU, would 650W be enough? The 280X recommends a 750. I know that those numbers are a just-in-case, but my brother's PSU actually blew up a couple of days ago because it wasn't enough for his card. I don't want to risk the same fate.
Thanks for the fast reply!
