Will that power supply be enough for my configuration

The VS 550 isn't that great and is not really meant for a video card like the 780. Probably best to get a better quality PSU to protect the 780. There is the usual list of Antec or Seasonic power supplies that are available where the Corsair VS's are available. If you are limited to Corsair, look at the CX650 or CX750.
