Slightly dropping Seagate 1tb hard drive

Today i got a new case so i was screwing the screws into the hard drive to go into the case and it slightly dropped onto the table, wasnt a very high height it was more of a slide, is there a chance that my drive is broken?

If unpowered, the heads in the HDD go into a locked position which should prevent damage to the HDD from being dropped. I wouldn't worry about it, I wouldn't expect any damage to the HDD.
  2. I have had a computer case with a hard drive in it and it fell AT LEAST 2 feet and the drive was STILL okay. Also whacked a laptop drive with a chair and it hit the floor. Still works okay!
