i do system recovery because my laptop doesnt start up but my documents was not back up what should i do ? :( pls help tnx

You are supposed to keep your data backed up to another location all the time.
If you have have performed a factory recovery then your data will have been overwritten.
There is a slim chance, however, that recovery software may help you get some of it back:

In future, always keep your data backed up because when the laptop's hard drive fails (and fail it will one day) you will only be able to recover data from it by paying a a specialist a very large sum of money.
