no useing windows media player import list then try burn

this is the message i keep getting ............Windows Media Player cannot burn the files. If the burner is busy, wait for the current task to finish. If necessary, verify that the burner is connected properly and that you have installed the latest device driver.

So - does the burner show up in Control Panel, Device Manager? Is it shown as working properly? Are the drivers up to date?
