Hello guys. I just want to know, is 690 Mhash/s good? I've got one Asus R9 280x I've overclocked it to this:

Core Voltage - 1250
Power Limit - 15
Core Clock - 1170

Temps stay at 69C

The thing on the GUIMiner says Accepted - 688 (604)

Is this any good at all?

I'm using Slush's Pool and that is connected to my miner and the bitcoin wallet. How would I turn those coins into cash? lol

How do I even know how much coins I have?

You won't be making a profit mining bitcoins using your setup, the amount of electricity you use to power your rig for 24/7 you make very little money, like a few cents a day or dollars, it's not really worth it as I said :)

Well that's unfortunate haha. I should just stop mining right now then.

yeah :)  A few months ago it would have been worth it, but as the calculations get harder, they damage your components like GPU and stuff
