I might be building my first gaming computer soon and choosing between a fan and a water cooler. Which want would be better? If it was a water cooler, would it be easy for me to build as I am beginner?

Yeah, I believe the h100i has magnetic plates on the side of where the cpu socket should go? so you just align it with the cpu socket and it'll attach, then, using the screws they provide you with, just screw it to secure it in place

water is not too hard to build beside there are kit out there. simple but it will cost you .. at least $200 for low end

Would Noctua NH-D14 cool my cpu when I overclock?

Yes, that is a good cpu cooler and should handle your overclocking, if you want to water cool your gpu aswell, you can do that

Oh no, it's just that we were talking about cooling so I put it forward as a idea, if you plan on SLI, you should make sure that your case has good airflow, because sli'ing reduces the amount of air the card's fans can suck in, so good airflow is recommended

Does this NZXT Phantom 630 have good airflow? Yup I changed it again...

ahaha well I was thinking of putting more fans in? because that;s kinda the main source of fresh air for your components, so if you plan to sli, then get more fans, so that your case gets a constant supply of fresh air

yeah, two ro three of those added to your case would increase airflow a fair amount, but just after installing the fans, put your hand inside teh case, just feel whether the air is hot and stuffy or cool and fresh
