Hey i have an 4790k with stock cooler(29-32 idle) and 70-77full(prime95).I think the temeratures are pretty normal for stock cooler.
I've ordered coolermaster Cooler Master Hyper TX3 EVO but i can cancel/modify the order.
I don't want to make oc for the moment.I want to know if this cooler can keep my temperatures under 60-70 in full load.
My budget is 25-30$.(im looking for a cooler who support two fans(clips included)
Case.Recom powerstation evo(4 fans)
Fast response please so i can change the order.Thank you.

Just get the 212+ from cooler master it should be good enough to be honest it seems like the stock cooler is fine without overclocking

You need a better cooler for an i7. You need a better budget to go with it. Look at Phanteks or Noctua that will fit your case or try a Seidon 120 or Corsair H100 water cooler.

Unless you don't want to overclock. Then just sit on the stock cooler.
