intel dual core 2.5ghz
320gb hard disk
4gb ddr2 ram at 800mhz

i have a local psu which have

dc output - 350 max

input - 115v/ 4A 220 - 230v 50 - 60hz

Well requirments are a 16x pci-e slot Minimum of a 300 Watt power supply. So I would say yes if you have a pci express slot.
