I have any where from 900-1000 to use in a pc. I am geared towards graphics and fps for gaming. I was looking at intel based pc. I was looking at I5-4670k with the gigabyte g1 sniper b5 motherboard but after that i got confused. I also want (not need) an NZXT case.

That's the build I would suggest if you do want to overclock. And yes it should be able to run "next-gen" games on high, but you can never be sure, you never know what the future has to offer. ^^
