Help choosing a mobo

Hey guys/gals

Looking for an asus h87 or h97 mobo for a new build but really havent seen many reviews on any if anyone can share some experiences. Trying to do a budget build and looking for something that can stand the test of time. Any advice is welcome

The H97 Plus will probably suit your needs, but you could look at moving upfield and consider the Z97A. You wouldn't need the overclock features but the rest of the features are good.

There's not a whole lot of difference between the H87/H97 variations other than the features. Best bet is to do a side-by-side feature comparison on the Asus website and see which one fits your needs and budget best.
