I've searched the internet, informed myself, made some notes but I can't proceed without asking this wonderfull comunity about your ideeas related to an awesome MB for my next week's new Intel® Core™ i7-4790K Gaming PC.

Parts that I have and intend to use in my build :
- Samsung 840 EVO 500GB
- 2x2 and 2x4 for a total of 12GB RAM at 1333mhz
- XFX Radeon HD 6950 2GB DD XXX Edition
- Kiss Quiet 620W Power Supply
- 2x extra Arctic Cooling Coolers

Based on those above I would kindly ask you to recommend me some good MBs. Thanks are in advance ! :)

I would recommend the Gigabyte GA-Z97X Gaming 7 or Gaming GT, which sells for 170 and about 190-220$ respectively.

I decided to buy one of those 2 :

Gigabyte GA-Z97X Gaming 7
Gigabyte-Z97X-UD5H-BK

But my question is, will I achieve their mentioned 10GB/s with my Samsung 840 EVO 500GB SSD via NGFF (M.2) Connector or via SATA Express Connector ?

IMPOSSIBLE. You might notice speed increases, but you won't go above 3 GB/s. It's just a thing to get you to by their stuff:) . You might also want to look at the Gigabyte GA-Z97X Gaming GT, it's a bit more expensive than the Gaming 7 but better.
