Hi guys! I'm having a little problem here.
I don't know if i should buy an Asus gtx 750 ti Oc 2Gb (140€) or and Used EVGA gtx 570 2560MB (120€)
I know that gtx 750 ti somewhat equals gtx 560 ti so the 570 should have little more performance in terms of gaming...
But i want the graphics card mainly for graphic design and 3D but i do some gaming aswell.
Gtx 570 is 2 generations behind but the gtx 4xx and gtx 5xx series are know for its CUDA performance.

What should i do :??: ? Thx

The features you get with the 750ti are pretty nice. It runs a lot cooler, doesn't need a PSU connection, and should be very short if you don't have a big case. I'd pick the 750ti over the 570, but if none of those things are a concern and you just want to spend less, go for the 570.

Get that 750 ti for solid performance.. GTX 570 is really old now.. You might have to upgrade in future sooner when having the 570 than having the 750 ti..

13thmonkey...That link compares 650ti to a 750ti???
Hardware wise the GF110 is a well respected GPU, installed into a many Graphic Work stations... raising the clock speed from factory ( like they do to the 750ti ) would raise the bar much more.
You will not ever see a GTX750ti installed into a Graphics Work Station... due to it's 128 bit memory interface.
If the OP writes " i want the graphics card mainly for graphic design and 3D " shouldn't the best choice be, the actual use of the product? Rendering will be half as fast... Do you like waiting twice as long to get something Done?

In every single bench in my link including compute the 750ti beats the 650ti. It suggests to me that the 650ti is not using that bandwidth as it doesn't have the power to use it, therefore the width of that bandwidth is irrelevant.

looking at the nvidia specs:
http://www.geforce.co.uk/hardware/desktop-gpus/geforce-...
http://www.geforce.co.uk/hardware/desktop-gpus/geforce-...

they both have 86.4GB/s of memory bandwidth so there is nothing in it. My thoughts on why you don't see it in workstations, is that it is new, and the validation required and the updated frequency of workstations is too slow to have them make it into the wild.

of course a true workstation card would not have the geforce badge.

A review of it as a workstation card, generally only beaten by better GTX 7XX's, so it looks like the 570 is way down the charts.

I only looked at the 650ti as the 570 isn't on that comparison.
