so i recently bought a r9 270x and i cant get a display on my monitor from it. whenever i start up my pc it keeps restarting with no image on screen, and im pretty sure the card works because both fans spin and the gpu chip itself gets warm when i start up the system but with no display.and i have a gtx 550 ti that works fine with my motherboard, so what do you guys think? mobo:h61m-ds2 cpu:i3 3225 psu:corsair 80+ bronze 600w ram:8gb

I'd also try the BIOS update, maybe it's a defective card.

Try changing the port the display is connected to.
