Fatal SYSTEM ERROR!!!

I have a laptop Lenovo Ideapad Z565 and i got a fatal system error c000021a and after the blue screen it just restarts.I tried one key recovery didn't work i tried safe mode didn't work I tried Last Known Good Configuration option didn't work and i was wondering if i downloaded windows 7 to a Usb to make a boot-able drive wouldn't work so i dont know what else to do i cant access the desktop and if making a boot-able drive would work can someone link me downloads.

this is a bugcheck in a user mode process. it will be caused by a 3rd party program or malware attempting to hack a critical windows file.
- you will want to run malwarebytes to check for the malware
- run system file checker to check for corrupted core windows files
(start cmd.exe as an admin and run:)
sfc.exe /scannow

- you can also get this with caused by memory corruption because of bad drivers or even incorrect settings in your BIOS for your memory (or bad memory chips) to check for bad memory you would run memtest86 on its own boot disk.
if it is a driver that is corrupting your memory, you apply all the driver updates you can find, update your BIOS and see if the problem goes away. If you still have the...
