since it has a pcie slot it can work with any gpu. what really matters is your cpu and psu. with an i3 or above and a true 500w you can make the most out of it, so what is the rest of your hardware?

yes the mobo have to have a 3.0 pci slot ........but as chris987 said the cpu must be balanced with the gpu to avoid bottleneck and u should have a good 550 watt of psu .....you card requires 30amps@12+ volt...
