I have two cooler master green led fans that have 3 pin headers. These two fans are always running at full rpm and it's really loud. Is there a way to change the voltage of them to be quieter? I don't have any money for a fan controller right now. My motherboard is also an asus m5a97 r2.0. My power supply is a seasonic M12II
