hello guys,
i want to build a budget pc using intel i3 or i5 processor. i'd mostly use it for some office work , watchin movies and playing games.
i do not want to give an approx budget coz it depends upon the shop from where i'll buy as the prices are low as compared to pcpartpicker.com

Thanks :)

Try this:

Price breakdown by merchant: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/69R3gs/by_merchant/

CPU: Intel Core i3-4150 3.5GHz Dual-Core Processor (£78.16 @ Ebuyer)
Motherboard: ASRock H81M-HDS Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard (£34.52 @ Amazon UK)
Memory: Corsair Vengeance 4GB (2 x 2GB) DDR3-1600 Memory (£34.86 @ Amazon UK)
Storage: Seagate 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Hybrid Internal Hard Drive (£55.19 @ Aria PC)
Video Card: MSI GeForce GT 730 2GB Video Card (£46.18 @ Ebuyer)
Case: Zalman ZM-T3 MicroATX Mini Tower Case (£22.19 @ CCL Computers)
Power Supply: XFX ProSeries 450W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply (£35.09 @ Aria PC)
Optical Drive: Lite-On iHAS124-14 DVD/CD Writer (£11.09 @ Aria PC)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 (OEM) (64-bit) (£69.65 @ CCL Computers)
Total: £386.93

The graphics card is particularly budget - if you have any spare cash, switch it for a better one. Also consider putting 8Gb of RAM in instead of 4GB

What currency is that? You could buy a building full of budget gaming PCs for that in UK pounds...

The spec I've listed for you above though is about as cheap a PC as I would ever wanna try and play games on...

We can safely assume it's Indian Rupees.

OP, why don't you try and put a build together and we'll suggest changes? I speak for myself and most likely for others too, unfortunately I'm not aware of many retailers in India so my suggestions may not be of much value. I did however suggest a build for 50,000 INR over at this thread.

All the best. :)
