Hey guys, as of last night my monitor has been having issues. I have had this monitor for almost a year and I have kept it in pristine condition. It is a BenQ GW2450 Model 1920x1080 @60z. I was playing FIFA World, a new game I installed yesterday and I saw lines starting to flicker across my screen. I thought it was no big deal, so I messed with my settings and it went away for a while. I later went on to start playing League of Legends and it started happening again. In the load screen whilst the lines were flickering, my screen turned grey and I couldn't see anything. My game was still running fine in the background (I could hear it) and I could still talk to my friends on Teamspeak 3, but no visuals.

I just now unplugged everything connected to my PSU and reset my ram/GPU, nothing prevailed. I heard this could be something to do with a DVI/HDMI problem? I upgraded my entire computer, and my new R9 290 SAPPHIRE TRI-X OC does not have a D-SUB Port. I had to go to Radio Shack and purchase a DVI-HDMI Adapter in order to connect my monitor to my GPU. I had no problems, and it has been working great for 2 weeks until this point. I am not sure if that is the problem anyways in any case.

Specs:
CPU: AMD FX 8350 4.0GHz
GPU: AMD R9 290 SAPPHIRE TRI-X OC 4GB DDR5
MONITOR: BENQ GW2450
MOBO: GIGABYTE GA-990FXA-UD3 REV 4.0
PSU: CORSAIR CX 750W
RAM: G.SKILL TRIDENT-X 1600MHZ 1.65V
HDD: SAMSUNG EVO 256GB
CPU COOLER: HYPER 212 EVO

Any solutions or tips that I should try would be greatly appreciated. I don't feel safe trying to play any game because the grey screen crash has happened twice now.
