So i Re-installed windows 7 a few days ago, and since then playing league on very high settings nets me about 35-39 FPS whereas i usually got 60. i installed my Graphics drivers. my specs are:
core i3 3240 3.40GHz 2.10GHz
4GB DDRNVIDIA GTS450 1GB
Aero Cool 600 watt PSU
But i can't imagine it being my specs since i had no problem prior to the fresh install.
