what is your budget? cause i would up the GPU and get a cpu cooler for overclocking a little to get you some more FPS

yes you will be able to play but i would go with with 750Ti its the same price but better and also i know people dont like to do this but go on ebay and look for some stuff i do all the time and never have a problem for the same price as the 750ti i was able to find a 760 for a buddys build

with the setup you want it should run it at high setting possible at around 30fps so should be playable

With a 260x you will be able to turn a lot of the settings to high and some others to low, so it would be a mix. Your FPS should be fine though
