Hello, i recently replaced my CPU after downgrading my bios to the first version because later version wouldn't allow quad cores, i changed my cpu from a intel xeon 5150 duel core @3.00 GHz to a intel xeon x5355 quad core @2.66GHz, but i can't detect a differents in my games like ArmA 2, PlanetSide 2 games like them, why is this soo, there is 100% no change in FPS, coud it be my graphics card is this bad, it is a Radeon HD 5450 2gb ddr3, windows detects the new cpu and all its cores but there is no change in fps from what i can tell, is there something i should do after replacing the CPU???

Thank you.

Solution
The 5450 is an absolutely horrible GPU. It is meant to be used in HTPCs for watching videos. Not for playing games. You need a new GPU. The CPU was more than enough.

Thank you so much i thought it was, would you recommend a gpu considering my motherboard, that being a DT029 for the dell precision 690 (My pc that i am building on,and my PSU is 1KW) THank you for answering this much my price range is up to £70, i know its not much but it's all I have for now, unless you think i should really wait for more money, is any of the Radeon R7's good, i've seen some on a site that are within mt prices.
