My package came in yesterday, and in it my motherboard. When I opened it up, the socket protector was off and my cpu socket had bent pins in it ( Haven't taken it out of anti static bag), and was wondering if Newegg would take an RMA for this? Also, I don't have the cardboard inside the product box that held the mobo and accessories (cables and such) , still have them though.

I just don't really know and I have been lurking around without an account and it seems that there are more stories that fail. Also, I don't have that little cardboard plate between the mobo and the accessories, and was wondering if I need those
